The Top Ten Asian Fitness Beauties for February

Here are the top ten Asian fitness beauties for this blog for February.
As usual, it's a varied list with a couple of "old school" choices here, but this is the first time I think a female wrestler has come in at the top spot.
I've been trying to figure out which is more popular here, female fitness competitors, bodybuilders, figure competitors or fitness models, but it looks like there is no real trend either way.
So without further ado, here are the tip ten Asian fitness women for February....



1. Angela Fong
Canadian model, actress, professional wrestling valet and female wrestler Angela Fong came in at number one this time.
Angela was born on February 3, 1985 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
This former B.C Lions Felions Dance Team Cheerleader was signed by the WWE to a developmental contract in February 2008.
She was sent to the WWE's developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) and started out as a valet, but made her way into the ring.
Angela was the very first "Queen of FCW" before being moved up to the main WWE roster and having her ring name changed to Savannah.
While we all know that pro wrestling is scripted, let's remember that you have to be in shape to take the punishment these ladies take in the ring.
She's been getting a lot of press lately for appearing the direct to DVD film RATKO: The Dictator's Sun, done before she joined the WWE.



2. Monique Minton
A constant favorite here, Monique Minton came in at number two.
In 2009, Monique came in 1st place at the NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships.
And since she stands five foot ten, weighs in at 150 pounds and is a competitive grappling champion in Naga gi and no-gi, I keep wondering if we will see this gorgeous fitness model show up in maybe a MMA promotion like Strikeforce here soon.



3. Rebekah Kresila
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, amateur bodybuilder Rebekah Kresila came in at number three.
Besides being a bodybuilder, she's also a certified personal trainer and has training as a classical pianist.
And she does some arm wrestling and mixed wrestling.



4. Denise Paglia
Former ESPN beauty Denise Paglia may not be all over the net, but she's still popular enough to come in at number four here.
This certified AFAA fitness trainer appeared on ESPN's Fitness Beach, Cyberfit and Bodyshaping.
She came in 5th at the 1995 Fitness Olympia, 20th at the 1993 Fitness America Pageant and 5th at the 1995 Fitness Olympia.
Denise, if you're out there, obviously we still love you!



5. Karen Pang
Beautiful fitness competitor, fitness model and swimsuit model Karen Pang came in at number five.
In 2009 this fitness beauty came in 11th at the CBBF Canadian Figure & Fitness Nationals, 3rd at the CBBF BC Provincial Championships, 8th at the Bikini Universe and 2nd at the WBFF BC Championships.
And besides being gorgeous, she's a really nice person and one of the top people on my Twitter account!



6. Jung Da-yeon
Korean fitness model, fitness trainer, author and occasional actress Jung Da-yeon came in at number six.
Her website is still up and running and updated, but it's in Korean and Japanese.

7. Meriza DeGuzman
Coming in at number seven is the lovely Filipina IFBB figure competitor, fitness model and certified personal trainer Meriza DeGuzman.
At just under five feet tall, she is the little package that good things come in.
In 2009 she added to her already impressive contest history.
She came in 7th at the IFBB Sacramento, 8th at the IFBB Border States Pro Figure, 15th at the IFBB Olympia, 3rd at the IFBB Houston Pro Figure, 3rd at the IFBB Europa Super Show & Supplement Expo and 4th at the IFBB California State Pro Figure Championships.
AND she appeared in the March 2009 issue of Flex magazine.



8. Aki Nishimoto
Japanese female bodybuilder Aki Nishimoto came in at number eight.
Having won the Ms Japan bodybuilding contest in 1997, 1999, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, dominant is a good way to describe her.
She also came in 9th at the World Games of Bodybuilding, Duisburg in 2005.



9. Akane Nigro Ismeal
At number nine we have IFBB Figure Pro Akane Nigro Ismeal.
Akane won 1st place in Figure Class A at the 2009 NPC USA Championships and she got her Pro Card.
Expect to see a lot more of this young lady.



10. Dale Tomita
And rounding out the top ten is another blast from the past, Dale Tomita.
This beautiful former fitness competitor was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1964 and is of Japanese-American descent.
Dale came in 5th at the 1995 Fitness Olympia, 4th at the 1996 Fitness Olympia and 5th at the 1997 Fitness Olympia.

Did you really expect anyone else? Michael Jackson used to be a successful black singer, but took it upon himself to destroy his face and reputation. He now looks like an albino alien whose nose appears to change on a daily basis. Just goes to show you what can happen if you are too critical of your looks... you can end up an albino alien like Mike.

Seriously ... what the hell happened to this kid? From the ghostly white makeup you can see on his black collar to the funky blue eye and blood red lips ... Marilyn Manson is a freak and there's nothing more to say, he's ugly by choice. And not only is he ugly, but he scares the crap out of us.

3.Jocelyn Wildenstein

Holy crap! This is what happens when you get obsessed with plastic surgery. A wealthy socialite from Switzerland, Jocelyn is actually a celeb for being so ugly. Her extreme appearance has led to the press giving her the nickname "The Bride of Wildenstein," a reference to The Bride of Frankenstein. Wildenstein has allegedly spent almost US$4,000,000 on cosmetic surgery over the years, all payed by her husband, the billionaire international art dealer Alec Wildenstein.

4.Michael Berryman

No, it is not make-up. This actor born in LA, suffers from Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia (a rare condition leaving him with no sweat glands, hair, fingernails or teeth). He played Pluto in Wes Craven's 1977 horror film The Hills Have Eyes. He has also appeared in numerous science fiction and fantasy movies such as My Science Project (1985), Weird Science (1985), Armed Response (1986) and Evil Spirits (1990). He also appeared in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and The Devil's Rejects. Berryman generally portrays mutant bikers, evil undertakers, monsters and other frightening characters. He has also starred in episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and The X-Files.

5.DJ Qualls

Ok, we are going to be really mean again, since he's actually ugly for a another terrible reason. We're actually happy to see he has turned it into a good thing, just like Berryman. Qualls also suffered from a rare condition: Hodgkin's lymphoma, a form of cancer, at age 14. After two years of surgery (including the removal of his spleen), chemotherapy, and radiation treatments, Qualls's cancer went into remission, which lent him his famous thin stature. In 1997, he enrolled at Nashville's Belmont University. At a performance in a local theatre he was discovered by David LaChapelle and became... a model!! Yes, a model, for Prada and Calvin Klein. He then got famous for his role on the movie "Road Trip".

6.Marty Feldman

And yet another terrible case. Marty Feldman (1934 – 1982) was an English writer, comedian and BAFTA award winning actor, notable for his bulging eyes, which were the result of a thyroid condition known as Graves Disease. He wrote situation comedies such as The Army Game, Bootsie and Snudge for the BBC and later had a series of his own on the BBC called Marty. He also appeared in The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother and Mel Brooks' Silent Movie, as well as directing and starring in The Last Remake of Beau Geste. He guest-starred in the "Arabian Nights" episode of The Muppet Show.

And the fact that Julia Roberts married this beast makes us think she's not only nuts, but ugly too. Tell us one thing that you find attractive about this man ... go on. Then we'll laugh at you.

10.Kelis

Holy hell ... Kelis is not bringin' any boys to the yard looking like that. There have been rumors that she is really a man, and quite frankly we are thinking something's not right with this chick. Every time we see her she has her mouth open and looks like she's ready to eat us. She's scary. Next time we see her, we are looking for the Adam's apple.

Tori Spelling must be thanking her daddy for helping her get into the acting business 'cause there is no other way she would EVER have made it. Thanks Aaron Spelling for ruining our lives! Sometimes you hope someone will grow on you after awhile, but even now when we see Tori on TV we immediately switch the channel. Yeah, it's that bad. And don't even get us started on her acting.

Rosie O'Donnell is a bully, but it's not the bad temper what got her on our list... she's ugly, plain and simple.

20.Rachel Dratch

Don't get us wrong: we love Rachel. Her SNL sketches are hilarious, she's a great actress. But we are sorry to say she truly earned the last place on our list.

I was surprised when researching for this list how many people have The Dark Mark as a tattoo. Given the story is fictional but still, the whole Harry Potter story evolves around good versus evil. Ironically the other popular Harry Potter tattoo is The Deathly Hallows which helped Harry Potter kill Voldemort.

Dubai palm islands from google earth

The Palm islands in Dubai are the three largest artificial islands in the world, being constructed by Nakheel Properties, the premier property developer in the United Arab Emirates; they are known as The Palm Jumeirah, The Palm Jebel Ali and The Palm Deira.

The islands were the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who recognized the Dubai's potential as a tourist destination. Each settlement will be in the shape of a palm tree, topped with a crescent, and will have a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment opportunities, all within a unique and inspiring setting. Located off the coast of Dubai in the Persian Gulf The Palm islands will make a sizeable contribution to the city’s coastline, adding a total of 520 km of beachfront.
